Toshiba proactively promotes reducing, reusing and recycling as much as possible, especially when it comes to imaging consumables. We are proud of our partnership with Close the Loop, Inc., a zero-waste-to-landfill recycling program, which allows for 100% recycling of collected consumable supplies such as cartridges, drum units and toner bottles. To help our customers participate in this same program, we provide everything you need including collection boxes, supplies, freight, transportation and recycling services.

For no charge, Toshiba provides a collection box at your facility to collect the following from any printer, copier and fax machine.  Each box holds approximately 15-20 pieces and has dimensions of 13"x13"x32".

• All toner cartridges, bottles, ink 

• Full toner waste collection bottles

• Drum and drum units 

• ​

**For customers who previously used the White Bag Return Program**  Please note white bags are no longer able to be used for shipping cartridges back to Close the Loop. Please call Close the Loop's customer service department at 1-866-665-6713 for instructions. Thank you.**

 

Please note- If you are registering for the first time, you must create your account and wait to receive your log-in information before placing an order.  You will receive this information within 1 working day.  At that point you can log back in and place an order for a free recycling kit.

 

All Toshiba customers are eligible to participate in the Toshiba Cartridge Collection Program.  For low volume customers (less than 5 cartridge per month), who may not want to store extra collection boxes, you can send your supplies to the address below.
