After their previous employer, Bruno's Office Systems, was purchased by an out of state conglomerate in 2007. The Bruno's management team found that the Southcoast area was under serviced. In response they had the idea that they would offer a local alternative to the out of area and Boston office equipment companies coming to the Southcoast and in 2009 founded Office Technology Group, Inc.
