About Office Technology Group (OTG)

Office Technology Group, Inc. (OTG) is a local, veteran-owned provider of digital copiers, printers, wide-format systems, Managed Print Services (MPS), and document-workflow solutions for businesses and public agencies across Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Founded in 2009, OTG was built to bring responsive local service and enterprise-level technology to organizations that deserve better than out-of-area support.

Our Story

OTG began after our previous employer, Bruno’s Office Systems, was acquired by an out-of-state conglomerate in 2007. As the market changed, we saw the Southcoast region becoming underserved by distant dealers who couldn’t match local expectations.

So we created a different kind of dealership — one rooted in the community, focused on long-term relationships, and committed to fast, accountable service. In 2009, Office Technology Group was founded to offer a local alternative that businesses, municipalities, school districts, and nonprofits could count on.
