Wide Format Plotters & Printers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
Bring oversized printing in-house with reliable wide format printers—often called plotters—designed for documents larger than standard letter/legal, using roll media to produce prints from about 24" up to 44"+ wide. Ideal for architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and schools, wide format systems create crisp CAD drawings, blueprints, and GIS maps with precise line accuracy, while also delivering bold posters, signage, and presentation graphics when you need color impact. Modern models like EPSON SureColor T-Series for technical/CAD work and P-Series for photographic and design output combine PrecisionCore printhead technology with durable pigment inks for sharp detail, dense blacks, and long-lasting color. Many are built for speed—turning out D-size/A1 prints in roughly 16–34 seconds—so teams stay on schedule without outsourcing. Office Technology Group is your local wide-format partner across Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, helping you choose the right size and model, then backing it with expert installation, supplies, and fast, responsive service.

Wide Format FAQ
1) What size wide-format plotter do I need — 24”, 36”, or 44”?
The best size depends on what you print most often.
-
24” is great for smaller CAD drawings, school posters, and general office needs.
-
36” is the most common size for architecture and engineering plans.
-
44” is ideal for high-volume reprographics, GIS maps, and larger plan sets.
If you’re unsure, OTG can review a few sample prints and your monthly volume and recommend the right width so you don’t overbuy.

2) Do you offer leasing or MPS-style agreements for wide-format systems?
We do. Many clients prefer leasing to keep monthly costs predictable and avoid large upfront purchases. We can also bundle wide-format systems into a Managed Print approach that includes service, parts, and supplies under one agreement.

3) Can OTG service wide-format printers in Rhode Island and Southcoast Massachusetts?
Yes. OTG provides full local wide-format support across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including installation, calibration, maintenance, supplies, and repairs. You get factory-trained technicians and a local team that responds quickly when you need help.
